INTEGIRLS Fall 2026 Science Research Program is a 2-month-long research program dedicated towards bringing together female and non-binary middle and high school students from across the nation to celebrate science research.
Through this program, students will get the chance to conduct original science research under university professors and PHD students. Students will also get the opportunity to showcase their projects to a panel of judges in a final showcase event.
In this program, students can look forward to:
Working in a team of 3-4 to conduct original science research.
Receiving mentorship from university professors and PHD students across Singapore.
Development of a research write-up and poster presentation.
A final showcase event where participants will present their work.
Under the mentorship of professors, students will get the opportunity to tackle real-world issues through creating innovative research projects and prototypes.
Participants will wokr in small teams to learn science research skills across disciplines such as biomedical science, environmental sustainability, computer science, and more.
No prior science research skills are required to join this program. However, a strong passion in science and/or math is highly encouraged for participants who are looking to get involved.
Program Dates - 6th July to 4th September
This program will be an online research program with bi-weekly meetings with mentors. Students are expected to commit 4-5 hours each week to this research program, as well as attend weekly 1-hour meetings with the Integirls Leadership Team.
Showcase date - 5th July
This will be a full-day in-person showcase event where students will present their projects to a panel of judges. Winning teams will receive cash prizes and recognition on the Integirls Singapore Website.
Students will present their projects through a poster presentation, setting up their own booth in the showcase event.
